Return of goods and funds

The user (customer) of the product has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from receipt of goods without giving specific reasons. With the return, the Contract is considered to be terminated unilaterally. The declaration of the termination of the Contract, the buyer is required to send before the deadline of the termination of the contract. 
Nevertheless, we would like you to indicate the reason why you are returning the good, in order to enhance our business. 
Exceptionally, the buyer has no right to terminate the contract unilaterally:

• if the goods are not in the original packaging, if the goods are used, damaged or parts are missing
• if the service rendered, with the explicit consent of the customer, commenced before the expiration date within which the buyer has the right to request the termination of the contract
• if the product has been produced on the basis of the customer’s specifications and or/ products produced exclusively for the customer

In the event of the termination the buyer is obliged to return the product at its own expense, provided that the product must be undamaged, unused and in unchanged amount and in original undamaged packaging, otherwise the buyer loses the right to terminate. 
In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Contract, you have to inform us about your decision to terminate the contract unilaterally before the deadline in an unambiguous statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, where you indicate your first and last name, address, phone number, fax number or e-mail address.
